We would love to host your stay at Ashland's Black Swan Inn. Our calendar of availability can be viewed by clicking the Swan Button above or by calling us. If we are unable to accommodate your needs we can assist you in finding another B&B or making hotel recommendations.

Our guests receive assistance with their Ashland activities. We can help with special arrangements: theater options, outdoor hikes, fishing, rafting, or restaurant reservations and breakfasts tailored to special dietary considerations.

General Policies
Our policies are for the comfort and convenience of all of our guests:

• Ashland's Black Swan Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
• We employ green products and practices wherever we can and will continue to incorporate them in all areas.
• We are unable to accommodate pets in order to retain a high level of comfort for our guests with allergies.
• We recommend our cottages and outdoor dining patios for families with children.
• Check in is between 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. Please call the day prior to arrival to arrange an early or late check in. Check out is 11 A.M.
• We retain the right to provide a room of equal or greater value (at our expense) to the room selected.
• We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends unless a single night is left open. Please check with us for availability. There is a
  $10.00 charge for one night stays.
• All room rates are based on up to two guests per room. The additional guest fee is $30 per guest, per night.
• Quoted rates do not include Occupancy Tax of 10%.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard, traveler's checks and personal checks.
• CANCELLATION of Reservations:
  • There is a $25.00 administration fee for all cancellations.
  • Cancellations 30 days prior to first day of reservation require payment of the entire reservation, less any or all days that we are
    able to re-book. This includes a change in number of rooms and/or room days.
• Group policy: Parties of 2 rooms require 60-day cancellation notice. Parties of 3 or more rooms require 90-days advance notice
  of cancellation.
